Speaking Your Truth, Even in the
Workplace
Communication
is communication. Similar problems exist
for people in personal as well as
professional relationships. Fear of being
seen as a “whistle blower” or bucking the
system or righting a wrong takes courage
to see the truth, speak the truth and try
to implement positive changes in the
workplace or changing attitudes and
beliefs within any profession. People
fear change and it takes an honest and
courageous individual to make a
difference.
